So T didn't call me last night to make me go work out with her. That doesn't mean that I layed around eating pringles all night getting fatter and fatter. I actually do excercise every night...well almost every night.
My routine is to do Indian Squats, Indian Pushups, and Crunches all night long. I do each until I can't do any more, rest, then do some more. It's actually a pretty tough workout. The Indian Squats will leave your legs burning and the Indian Pushups will make your triceps, shoulders, traps, and lower back sore the next day.
Tonight, I eat prosciutto and cheese!
